Job Summary: Perform data entry functions as needed throughout the administration and customer experience department Conduct audits for accuracy of processing Troubleshoot and resolve basic problems and collaborate with management on issue resolution and continuous improvement opportunities Engage other departments, e.g., Pricing, Rate Administration, Sales, EDI to resolve problems Regular attendance is required.
