Accurate and timely entry of data in the firm’s case management system; Correspond with debtors and firm clients through telephone and written communication; Respond to client inquiries and provide counseling to clients regarding setup of foreclosure, eviction and bankruptcy referrals; Access client websites to request documents, upload documents and update the client’s website with accurate information regarding status of case setup of foreclosure, eviction and bankruptcy referrals. Serve as a backup to other team members in the non-judicial foreclosure, judicial foreclosure and eviction processes; Assist with special projects as they become available.
