Requirements
- Prior experience in Florida foreclosure matters
- Hands-on experience drafting foreclosure complaints
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
- Minimum of 1 year of foreclosure experience or a Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Preparing and revising foreclosure complaints within a case management system
- Reviewing and analyzing loan documentation to support foreclosure filings
- Collaborating directly with attorneys to resolve file issues and move matters forward
- Communicating with clients regarding approvals, denials, and file status
- Managing a large workload while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements
- Maintaining accurate documentation and organized files throughout the process
