About The Position

Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Processor/Funder I to support the processing, preparation, and funding of consumer loans, including auto, personal, credit cards, and secured loans. Key Responsibilities • Review loan files to ensure all documentation and approvals are complete • Prepare and verify loan documents, terms, and borrower information • Process funding transactions (direct deposits, dealer payments, checks) • Support indirect auto loan processing and follow up on missing items • Maintain accurate loan records through data entry and system updates • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with policies • Assist with lien perfection and documentation tracking • Respond to internal and external inquiries • Maintain organized, audit-ready files and escalate issues as needed Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1–2 years of banking or loan processing experience preferred • Basic knowledge of consumer loan products and documentation • Familiarity with systems like Sync1, MeridianLink, or Keystone a plus • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment RFCU offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Cigna medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match and profit-sharing potential, flexible health and dependent care plans, and life, AD&D, and LTD insurance. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. Requirements
