ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 50 MBPS.

Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Fund Conventional, FHA, VA and Non-Prime loans.
Work collaboratively with internal counterparts and third parties to efficiently fund compliant saleable loans.
Review signed loan documents for accuracy, and compliance.
Complete a pre-funding reviews on each loan file ensuring that all conditions are met.
Verify wire was requested by the Closer and released by the warehouse.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Register the MIN Number for each loan into the MERS System
