About The Position

Processing Team Members help move donated goods from the loading dock to the sales floor—carefully inspecting, sorting, preparing, and pricing merchandise to ensure our customers receive high-quality, well-organized items. This position is hands-on, physically active, and essential to keeping our store running efficiently.

Requirements

  • Retail, thrift, reseller, warehouse, or production experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of apparel brands, vintage items, antiques, or resale value trends.
  • Keen eye for detail with the ability to accurately classify merchandise.
  • Organized, efficient, and able to work at a steady, productive pace.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, grade, and rack merchandise according to brand, quality, and resale value.
  • Identify high-value items, antiques, collectibles, and specialty brands.
  • Inspect all incoming clothing and goods for quality standards.
  • Load, unload, and move carts safely and efficiently.
  • Clean, prepare, and price products for the sales floor.
  • Consolidate goods and operate baling equipment as needed.
  • Prepare, package, and organize items for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized processing area.
  • Follow all safety policies and operational procedures.
