As a self-determination support specialist (SDSS) , you’ll work on a team to deliver great customer service to people self-directing their care. In this job, you’ll take on a variety of work. From listening to and resolving customer issues to making sure paychecks are correct. Your job is instrumental in making sure the people we serve stay safe and happy. As an SDSS specializing in processing, you'll anticipate and resolves customer issues. You'll do this by filling out and receiving documents, entering records into the electronic filing system, and updating paperwork as necessary. You will also make sure that paychecks are calculated accurately and efficiently. To do this, you'll follow departmental procedures and adhere to agency requirements.
