Function Summary Responsible for operating the molding line. To properly execute different types of molds up to the company’s quality specifications. Also responsible for operating melters and tempering units as well as recording critical quality information throughout the shift to ensure the operation is running within specified parameters regarding appearance, weight, and tempers. Not only focusing on the exterior of the chocolate product, but also maintaining weight and temperatures of centers of the candies.
