Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 5+ years of direct current processing residential home loans in a high-volume environment
  • 2+ years of Loan Processing Supervisory experience required
  • High School Diploma

Responsibilities

  • Directly manages a team of direct reports in Loan Processing while hiring, training, counseling, evaluation, rewarding, and recommending promotions of subordinates.
  • Provides direction to Loan Processors regarding complex loans/issues; performs quality control checks on randomly selected files to ensure company policies are adhered to.
  • Resolves day-to-day issues, answers questions, and resolves any problems that may arise.
  • Provides input to establishing loan processing metrics and department goals and implements tactics to ensure metrics and/or goals are met or exceeded.
  • Assists in establishing and maintaining loan cycle times and customer service levels.
  • Implements and monitors policy and procedural changes that affect areas of responsibility as determined by the manager.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures, all state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure company’s Risk Vision and Risk Management policies/programs are understood and adhered to by all Loan Processors.
  • Identifies potential risk associated but not limited to identity theft, consumer compliance, fair lending, money laundering and consumer privacy.
  • Implements and monitors quality service standards and delivery times with clients and support units.
  • Assists in ensuring that target productivity levels, department goals, and service level standards are achieved and maintained.
