About The Position

As a Part-Time/Seasonal Processing Center Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mail operations, ensuring that our customers’ physical mail is processed accurately and efficiently. You will handle everything from receiving and uploading incoming mail to fulfilling special customer requests, aiming to exceed customer expectations. Stable is growing rapidly, and so is the volume of mail we manage for our customers. You will work with our team to ensure incoming mail is processed swiftly and accurately. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the foundation of Stable's mail operations in a hands-on role. A few of your responsibilities will include: Manage incoming mail — Receive, sort, and upload incoming mail into Stable’s software system. Fulfill customer requests, such as scanning, shipping, shredding, and returning mail. Maintain processing center operations — Safely operate mail processing equipment, track inventory, and report any issues. Optimize facility processes — Identify areas for improvement in mail handling processes and collaborate to enhance efficiency This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail. As we grow, you'll play a key part in building the foundation of Stable’s mail operations.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed (i.e. M-F 7am - 3pm or 2pm - 10pm or Saturday 9am - 5pm)
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Experience working in a mailroom, inventory management, warehouse, or processing center environment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to operate processing center equipment, such as document scanners and label printers
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, supervisors, and third-party vendors
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying mail and packages up to 30 lbs
  • Familiarity with using software systems for tracking and managing tasks
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
