This position provides administrative/clerical support to a number of professional and specialty staff. This includes: data input/retrieval; creating authorizations; processing claims; ordering aids, appliances, AT, and other equipment; setting up case files; corresponding with consumers, vendors, visitors, and other DSB staff (written and verbal); making copies; filing; and others as assigned. This position also provides general office support such as: answering phones; mail retrieval distribution; greeting visitors; checking in equipment; sending faxes; and provides basic technical support for computers, software programs, and other office equipment.
