This position analyses carrier freight bills for rating accuracy along with processing weekly customer invoicing for assigned accounts. Communicate with multiple departments to increase accuracy of automated processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Freight Bill Analysis: Review weekly freight bills for assigned clients Trouble-shoot and resolve issues with freight bills in an “audit” status Communicate direct with carrier personnel on carrier issues Process weekly/monthly invoices to customers Communicate directly with customers for customer issues Client Management: Make customer satisfaction the primary "driver" for successful quality processes with internal and external teams Ensure issues are addressed immediately and appropriate parties are informed for on-time and proper resolution Provide client feedback to the organization Coordinate with other company departments where processes touch those groups Develop a working understanding of the internal technologies required for daily functions Continuously seek out opportunities to improve current processes Other duties as assigned Performance Metrics: Invoice count processed per day Customer invoice accuracy Complexity grade 2-4 for all assigned accounts
