About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Process Technician. The core hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. The hourly rate for this position is $27.15 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: Perform all duties required to set up, assemble, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment Plan and perform mold set up and processing to ensure optimal utilization of labor and machinery Troubleshoot issues with machines, tools, materials, and equipment and make repairs and adjustments as needed or escalate for additional technical assistance Assemble molds and components as specified by orders, routers, and blueprints Break down, clean, and store used molds and components, removing carbon, rust, or excess rubber Perform first piece inspections of parts to ensure they are in tolerance Perform molding operation duties as needed to maintain flow of work through the department Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience programming, setting, running, and performing maintenance on manufacturing machinery
  • Experience with various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applications must be US persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a US person as a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee

Responsibilities
