This role requires considerable judgment and initiative in resolving complex problems and making recommendations. They may determine methods and procedures on new assignments and provide guidance to other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support and develop, optimize, and validate processes for operations.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to implement and improve processes, including the training of operators on new SOPs, tooling and fixturing.
• Design, manufacture, and implement custom fixturing and tooling.
• Maintain accurate records of tooling and fixturing drawings.
• Analyze data
