About The Position

We are looking for skilled Technicians with at least 1 year of experience in a production environment at our facility in Medina, OH. Our Technicians are responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection blow molders and extrusion machines, ensuring our products meet all quality standards and customer expectations. What Technicians do: Operating extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing production machines and equipment. Monitoring and adjusting production machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to keep production running smoothly. Troubleshooting machines and doing basic maintenance. Checking product quality to assure it meets customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions). Teaming up with your co-workers to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Learning new skills with hands-on training and career development opportunities. What’s needed to be a Technician? Mechanical inclination – you like to fix things, use tools, work with your hands. At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment. Knowledge of extrusion or blow molding machines and equipment is a plus! Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems is a plus! Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation. Requirements
