About The Position

Job Title: Process Tech III Reports To: Department Supervisor FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm Overtime required based on production need. $18.50/hour Guaranteed $0.50 raise after 90 days. Operates mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing by performing the following duties: Other duties may be assigned. Verifies ingredients prior to mixing batches. Loads ingredients into mixing tank and/or blender. Starts machine and adjusts valves and devices in mixing chamber to aid in blending and densifying mixture. Verifies the In-Process Spec sheet and production paperwork is being followed. Uses tablet to ensure production goals are successfully being met. Operates machine until mixture reaches desired consistency, and turns lever or pushes button to unload mixture into kettles, pick system, totes, drums, and/or hoppers. Cleans and sanitizes mixing tanks, kettles, pick system, pumps, pipes, blender, and/or hopper. Performs job duties of the Total Quality Lead and other Process Techs in their absence.
