Technical Responsibilities Work Style & Communication Operate independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment Maintain a self-motivated, adaptable, and positive attitude Communicate findings and recommendations in group meetings Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail Team & Process Support Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to enhance client services Analyze performance data to improve consistency and timeliness across Process Sciences Laboratory teams Investigate quality events and implement preventive actions Train new employees on lab responsibilities within supervised functional areas Document all training activities Documentation & Compliance Review, edit, and revise controlled documents (e.g., batch records, logbooks, SOPs) Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and written procedures Leadership Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead direct reports, group leaders, and their teams in technical environments Coordinate scheduling, task allocation, and onboarding of new hires Oversee training programs and peer reviews of data Strategic & Operational Excellence Disseminate administrative communications Promote and embody the company vision Plan proactively and multitask to optimize productivity Track and meet quality and productivity metrics Foster teamwork and collaboration Development & Recruitment Develop team-building strategies and continuous improvement initiatives Support professional development of group leaders Participate in candidate interviews

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences
  • Minimum 2 years in a cGMP-regulated laboratory setting
  • Minimum 2 years of team leadership in a dynamic lab environment
  • Hands-on laboratory experience with a solid understanding of biologics manufacturing operations
  • Proficient in computer systems and scientific tools used in lab operations
  • Able to learn and apply new techniques and computerized systems for daily tasks
  • Strong grasp of day-to-day business operations
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities
  • Maintains accurate records and complies with company policies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong client service, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
