About The Position

The Lab Coordinator provides support to the Process Sciences department with managing inventory and equipment maintenance for laboratory operations.

Requirements

• Requires High School diploma/GED; AAS in a science, business, or related discipline preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience ; experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries preferred.
• Ability to maintain integrity and honesty at all times.

• Ability to communicate with transparency.
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects or tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates calibration and preventative maintenance of instruments/devices.
• Scheduling and coordinating calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair work performed by outside contractors.
• Review of vendor documentation in support of preventative maintenance and repair work.
• Initiate, track, and close work records in BMRAM equipment database as needed.
• Performs data entry into quality systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Completes laboratory documentation and reviews logbook data.
• Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements and maintains inspection readiness.
