YOUR TASKS Support the Quality Engineer in handling and deciding for nonconforming materials, handling of audit findings on time (Internal, PPS, QMS certification, OE) in the mixing area. Br a representative for Quality in the BT1 level. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Check and control daily component quality and trends by machine to determine if any component, article and/or machine is non-compliant with sub-standard quality Responsible for segregation and blocking of off-standard products/semi- products/process/machine by following controlled nonconforming procedures Analyze quality relevant processes in case of quality deviations, in cooperation with production and process Performance of special evaluations of product and process characteristics and preparation of quality records (control charts, trend charts…) Follow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and procedures Other duties as assigned NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed. THE ENVIRONMENT Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as steel toed shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses as needed 12 hour 2-2-3 pattern (panama) night shift 6:45pm-7:00am including every other weekend The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided
