About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Process Outsourcing Administrator to join the team! The Administrator provides critical administrative support to our internal paralegals and attorneys, as well as external law firm partners regarding balance bill defense and member advocacy. Position Location: 100% remote Responsibilities include but are not limited to: As the Process Outsourcing Administrator, you provide administrative support and workflow coordination to the Process Outsourcing Team (internal legal team). You also act as a liaison between the Legal Department, external law firms retained by ELAP, Member Services Advocates, and other internal departments within ELAP to support legal and compliance efforts. Your ability to multi-task and problem solve is essential as you coordinate and distribute work assignments to the internal legal team throughout the day while timely reviewing, printing and mailing correspondence imperative to balance bill defense. You will process monthly legal invoices and review and record new lawsuit data. With great attention to detail, you enter information into our database as well as reviewing reports, hospital agreements, billing statements, explanation of benefits, plan documents, and other records needed to determine and process settlement payments.

Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented and possess the ability to prioritize workload
  • Proven administrative support experience and comfort with a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, judgment, and analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.

  • Exposure to Salesforce a plus
