You'll monitor equipment, adjust settings, and work closely with quality and maintenance teams to ensure every fry meets our high standards. When you choose a career with us, every day is fry-day!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • ️ Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules
  • ️ Comfortable using computers, touchscreens (HMI), and 2-way radios
  • ️ Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • ️ Willingness to complete required training (Sanitation, Lock-out/Tag-out)
  • ️ Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)
  • ️ Understanding of safe lifting techniques and chemical handling

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food processing or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with optical sorters, LADRES, or similar equipment
  • A proactive mindset and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Operate and adjust processing equipment to maintain smooth line flow and product quality
  • Monitor waste levels, blend rates, and product consistency using process control systems
  • Start, stop, and sequence equipment for cut changes, downtime, and emergencies
  • Perform water system operations to maintain quality and minimize usage
  • Communicate with QA, maintenance, and leadership to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct quality checks (peel loss, salinity, grid checks) and enter data into QA systems
  • Maintain sanitary conditions and support weekend cleanups and sanitation duties
  • Own equipment from even-flow bins through fryers and freeze tunnels
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Participate in safety programs and demonstrate leadership in plant safety culture
