Requirements

High school diploma or GED (required)
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Computer literacy; SAP experience is a plus
Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification (required)
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability to rotating shifts and willingness to work overtime as needed
Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with safety standards

Nice To Haves

Mechanical/problem-solving skills (preferred)
Knowledge of GMP and food safety (a plus)

Responsibilities

Operate mechanized equipment safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
Monitor operations via control room systems
Sample and test products for quality assurance
Load/unload trucks, railcars, and containers
Pack, inspect, and handle various packaging formats
Transfer product between tanks as needed
Maintain inventory and cleanliness of equipment
Handle chemicals safely and according to protocols
