Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in math and written and spoken English
- Ability to work with computer-operated systems and programs
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in a process-related manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete required training and learn new processes as needed
- Operate plant equipment safely to meet productivity targets, including chemical charging per standard procedures
- Monitor processes and adjust control parameters to maintain quality and optimal operation
- Perform accurate shift turnovers and complete required documentation
- Maintain supplies, raw materials, and a clean, organized work area
- Perform physical and operational tasks such as material handling, equipment operation (e.g., forklifts), and routine cleaning
