Job Summary Xylem is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a motivated individual who exhibits strong attendance and a desire to grow within the company. Available Shifts: 2nd Shift Hours: 1pm - 930pm Schedule: Monday - Friday

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Skills: Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Highly Preferred high school education or GED

Responsibilities

  • Bottle Sorting: Sort bottles by size and resin type to ensure proper batching and quality.
  • Forklift Operation: Skillfully operate a forklift to move bottles and materials throughout the plant as well as load and unload trucks.
  • Resin Batching: Efficiently evacuate bottles and generate resin batches according to production requirements.
  • SDI Product Management: Oversee the complete processing of SDI products from beginning to end, including filling and quality testing.
  • Independent Work: Operate independently with no supervision, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and timely.
