The operator must maintain accurate records, communicate effectively across shifts and departments, and ensure strict compliance with food safety, quality, and GMP standards. This position requires technical expertise in dairy manufacturing processes, the ability to work 12-hour shifts in varying environmental conditions, and a commitment to safety and quality excellence.
