Process Mapping & Integration Analyst
About The Position
The Process Mapping & Integration Analyst plays a key role in supporting the integration of commercial operations of acquired entities into Boston Scientific. This project role will assist in documenting and analyzing commercial workflows, identifying process gaps, and coordinating integration activities that enable a seamless transition toward the six-month Order-to-Cash (OTC) target. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or commercial operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools (i.e.Teams, SharePoint)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
- Effective organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and navigating ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Supporting end-to-end mapping of commercial processes across sales, marketing, training, pricing, and patient support
- Creating clear, accurate process maps and documentation to capture current-state workflows and system dependencies
- Coordinating meetings and workshops with cross-functional subject matter experts at Boston Scientific and acquired entities
- Tracking and reporting process risks, issues, and dependencies to the Commercial Integration PMO
- Maintaining organized documentation and dashboards that summarize mapping progress and integration readiness
- Assisting in translating process findings into actionable insights and integration recommendations
