About The Position

The Process Manager will provide standardized training and development for the operations department companywide. This position will be remote but will service the entire US Final Mile operations. Core Responsibilities & Duties: Supporting of our Final Mile Field Operations Ride Behinds Site visits Observe, monitor and analyze each location operations personnel by position; determine best practices and document the processes and procedures for each position. Conduct follow-up visits to each location to evaluate and measure results of training to ensure assigned processes and procedures are being followed. Actively search, design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. Perform location audits of all assigned locations. Work with Regional Operations Managers and Director for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all operations employees. Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and human resources. Manage freight claims by working with location Managers, document, and update accordingly. Ability to travel extensively- up to 75% travel. Perform other duties and tasks assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, college degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Must have at least 4-6 years management experience in a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess excellent verbal, written, communication skills.
  • Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Working knowledge of company policies, practices and customer related matters as well home appliance knowledge is helpful.
  • Must pass a background screening and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Extensive travel to FFM locations and start-ups as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with a 3PL Company in a home delivery environment a plus.
