We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Senior Process Manager with a strong analytical experience and background in the banking industry. This role will be pivotal in improving ATM availability metrics, uncovering operational efficiencies, and driving data-informed strategies to enhance customer experience and service reliability. General Responsibilities: Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations. Execution: Proactively explore new data-driven opportunities to improve ATM services and inform broader banking operations strategies. Partnership: Work closely with operations, product, and technology teams to develop actionable recommendations that enhance ATM capabilities. Maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure teams are in sync with future direction. Strategy: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative approach. Communication: Translate large, complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership using visualizations and concise presentations. Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.
