We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong project management capabilities and a passion for helping shape processes for the better. This role is integral to the effectiveness of our operations and marketing teams, so the ideal candidate must be confident supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant marketing and/or operations experience
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• A keen eye for design, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management software
• Experience within financial services or insurance
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them forward

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of multi channel marketing campaigns, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and cross functional inputs to ensure on time delivery.
• Manage campaign workflows and operational processes, including Workfront project tracking, audience list preparation, data quality checks, and documentation.
• Provide operational and logistical support across the marketing and operations team, including preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder facing materials.
• Supporting the onboarding of work from a third party vendors to internal teams including the technology team.
• Own compliance submissions by coordinating reviews, tracking approvals, and maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Maintain the integrity of marketing data and assets by updating databases, contact lists, digital files, and web content, including removing outdated materials and publishing new content.
• Support ongoing upkeep of the marketing and communications calendar to ensure alignment across initiatives and teams.
