Requirements

Proven proficiency in structural welding (MIG/TIG/stick).
Mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights or in confined spaces.
Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Nice To Haves

Basic electrical knowledge (110/220V) and familiarity with tools such as multimeters a plus.
Technical training or related experience in maintenance strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform structural welding, fabrication, cutting, and grinding.
Read and interpret blueprints to accurately lay out and complete weld projects.
Conduct daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and install mechanical components to minimize downtime.
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and fabrication tasks as needed.
Safely operate tools and equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and lifts.
Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
