Process Maintenance Technician Shift 2 (Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm)

The Process Maintenance Technician role is responsible for supporting the preventive maintenance program by performing effective maintenance routines, repairs, and calibrations to extend the useful life and optimize the efficiency of production equipment. This position is part of the Maintenance Department located in Logan and is an on-site Swing shift, Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm, eligible for shift differential pay.
Requirements
- Certifications in electronics, metrology, or industrial maintenance, or 1 year of experience in these fields.
- Basic skills in electrical and electronic repair and diagnostics.
- Ability to apply analytical skills and troubleshooting processes for straightforward tasks.
- Ability to travel within two sites in same city.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in regulated industry and GMP.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, calibration, and certification of production equipment and Clean Rooms.
- Support production by minimizing response times to equipment breakdowns and maintaining activity logs using CMMS.
- Design, fabricate, install, and monitor parts and systems while ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS regulations.
