This role offers a progressive development path and hands‑on experience with Lean methodology, equipment optimization, and problem-solving tools. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who hold an engineering degree and want a strong launchpad into manufacturing leadership . We will also consider candidates who have strong lean manufacturing experience and would like to develop further into process improvement and reliability roles.

Requirements

Engineering Graduate Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Industrial Technology , or related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Interest in Lean, equipment reliability, and manufacturing leadership
Proven experience applying Lean principles in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Ability to coach teams and influence others toward best practices

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Lean Manufacturing Professional will be considered in lieu of a degree
Familiarity with Lean tools, terminology, and concepts (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Muda elimination, etc.)
Strong ability to influence partners while guiding the team toward best practice
Commitment to excellence where analytical and problem-solving skills result in measurable continuous improvement results
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where organization and the ability to prioritize are key
Positive and collaborative approach in addressing and resolving complex situations

Responsibilities

Define and refine standard processes to ensure consistent execution
Support equipment reliability, breakdown elimination, and root‑cause analysis (6W2H)
Partner closely with Lift Drivers and Operators to solve daily production issues
Prioritize and coordinate planned maintenance activities with Maintenance
Advance Lean methodologies on the floor (Kaizen, 5S, visual controls, waste elimination, standard work)
Support CI and Reliability Pillars as part of our broader operational excellence journey
Drive improvements that reduce downtime and enhance productivity
Maintain SOPs and standard work documentation
Support product qualification and development activities
Participate in small and large-scale improvement projects, including equipment and layout modifications
