This role offers a progressive development path and hands‑on experience with Lean methodology, equipment optimization, and problem-solving tools. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who hold an engineering degree and want a strong launchpad into manufacturing leadership . We will also consider candidates who have strong lean manufacturing experience and would like to develop further into process improvement and reliability roles.

Requirements

  • Engineering Graduate Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Industrial Technology , or related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in Lean, equipment reliability, and manufacturing leadership
  • Proven experience applying Lean principles in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to coach teams and influence others toward best practices

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Lean Manufacturing Professional will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Familiarity with Lean tools, terminology, and concepts (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Muda elimination, etc.)
  • Strong ability to influence partners while guiding the team toward best practice
  • Commitment to excellence where analytical and problem-solving skills result in measurable continuous improvement results
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where organization and the ability to prioritize are key
  • Positive and collaborative approach in addressing and resolving complex situations

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine standard processes to ensure consistent execution
  • Support equipment reliability, breakdown elimination, and root‑cause analysis (6W2H)
  • Partner closely with Lift Drivers and Operators to solve daily production issues
  • Prioritize and coordinate planned maintenance activities with Maintenance
  • Advance Lean methodologies on the floor (Kaizen, 5S, visual controls, waste elimination, standard work)
  • Support CI and Reliability Pillars as part of our broader operational excellence journey
  • Drive improvements that reduce downtime and enhance productivity
  • Maintain SOPs and standard work documentation
  • Support product qualification and development activities
  • Participate in small and large-scale improvement projects, including equipment and layout modifications
