  • Feature rich process development in various technologies.
  • Integrating various components and technologies into the final product, ensuring that the end result meets quality and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate different process modules into a cohesive semiconductor manufacturing flow.
  • Identify and resolve integration related issues that may arise during the development and production phases.
  • Continuously work towards optimizing the integration process to improve yield, performance, and cost effectiveness. This involves evaluating new tools, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to integration processes.
  • Generate reports to track progress and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with design teams to understand the specifics of the integrated circuits and ensure they can be successfully manufactured.
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that integrated components meet established standards and specifications.
  • Effectively communicate with different departments within the company, including process engineering, design, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth integration processes.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Microelectronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
  • Experience - 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering related job titles.
  • 2 years of experience required in: 1. developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production; 2. project management focused on managing schedules, scope and cost trade-offs of projects; 3. FEOL/BEOL process with FinFET and FDSOI technology; 4. structured problem solving and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles; and 5. collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated and optimized manufacturing processes.
