About The Position

Process Industrial Engineer (Process IE) The Process IE is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role focuses on creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting time studies, supporting automation initiatives, and providing training to production teams. The Process IE also plays a key role in customer audits and resolving IE-related issues.

Requirements

  • Graduated from university or above, major in Industrial Engineering.
  • 2–5 years in process engineering or industrial engineering.
  • AutoCAD
  • Time and motion study
  • Lean production concepts
  • Strong communication and training skills

Nice To Haves

  • Other digital tools (MES, ERP, BI dashboards) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PCBA and FA.
  • Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct training sessions for operators and supervisors on updated processes and SOPs.
  • Perform time and motion studies to establish standard times for operations.
  • Assist in implementing automation solutions to improve production efficiency.
  • Participate in customer audits and respond to IE-related inquiries and corrective actions
