About The Position

We’re looking for someone who: Isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves Understands that great outcomes start with great processes Can zoom out to see the full system—and zoom in to fix what’s broken Believes in clear procedures, trained leaders, and accountability Can influence change from both the top down and the bottom up You’ll work closely with production, engineering, R&D, and leadership—whoever you need to make improvements stick. Your success will be measured by your ability to: Build strong, scalable processes Reduce inefficiencies and non-conformances (NCRs) Drive measurable improvements across the organization If you’re someone who cuts through noise, finds root causes, and builds systems that make it easy to do things right—you’ll thrive here.

Requirements

  • Have a degree or diploma in engineering, quality, process improvement, or related field
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality, operations, or similar leadership roles
  • Naturally think in systems and understand how processes connect
  • Have strong analytical skills and know what truly matters
  • Communicate clearly and drive change effectively
  • Are results-driven and comfortable being accountable

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience with ISO 9001, AS9100D, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of process improvement strategies
  • Analyze workflows, production trends, and feedback to identify root causes
  • Build, refine, and document scalable processes
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement solutions that actually work on the floor
  • Focus on high-impact improvements—not low-value busywork
  • Maintain and strengthen ISO 9001, AS9100D, and compliance systems
  • Help drive a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement
