The Enterprise Analytics team is seeking a Process Improvement Intern to join the team in a part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) capacity in the spring of 2026. This role will focus on process design and documentation, including the creation and organization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The intern will play a key role in helping streamline internal workflows through clear, structured documentation. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, writing, and organizational skills, and an interest in learning how enterprise analytics teams operate-without needing a technical background. This position is located in our Cincinnati, OH headquarters and will work on a hybrid schedule.
