Semester : Summer 2026 Position Summary & Purpose: Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our After Sales Engineering team. Under direct supervision/guidance, organizing, updating, and maintaining engineering documentation for newly designed or modified products, processes, or materials.

Requirements

  • Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of engineering documentation and technical drawings (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of documentation including drawings, manuals, specifications, and project report
  • Audit existing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Assist in the documentation of control system retrofit and upgrade projects, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Collaborate with engineers to gather and organize technical information for documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the After Sales documentation and workflow programs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency and accuracy
  • Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress
  • Review new and existing writings of manuals and documentation, adding supplemental materials as required
  • Other duties as assigned
