Job Responsibilities: Assist with information collection, tabulation, analysis, and reporting related to compliance and sustainability projects (e.g., policy management, and energy usage tracking). Work with third party service providers to track and obtain certificates of insurance; send out renewal reminders and follow up with business partners to refresh the certificates of insurance. Maintain centralized database to manage certificates of insurance, corporate policies, and sustainability metrics. Provide reports to management on the status of these projects. Conduct research on best practices and compliance requirements and sustainability trends. Assist with creation of reports and presentations for internal and external customers. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving compliance and sustainability efforts.
