The Process Improvement and Lessons Learned Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement across cybersecurity and mission support programs. This position leads process improvement initiatives, captures and institutionalizes lessons learned, and supports audit readiness efforts across multiple projects and functional areas. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the coordinator identifies best practices, improves workflows, and promotes a culture of learning and accountability while ensuring compliance with applicable cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a high degree of self-motivation, organization, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
