The Process Improvement Analyst will provide operational and analytical support on a broad variety of activities with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements. The Process Improvement Analyst will: Analyze current process standards, procedures, workflow and metrics in order to provide solutions designed to improve our customer experience and lower our cost to serve Provide analytical support for process support group Develop ad-hoc reports, working with the applicable department management, and providing variance explanations and identifying performance improvement opportunities Assist business units with streamlining business processes to improve productivity – participate in process deep dives (leveraging Lean/Six Sigma skills) to identify opportunities Provide general administrative support for the process improvement team as needed Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
