About The Position

The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Process Expert is responsible for providing specialized support in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE processes across Hilti's U.S. and Canadian operations. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulations, drives operational excellence, and supports the organization's commitment to a safe and sustainable workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in process improvement, operations, or compliance-related roles, required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
• Experience with process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Up to 30% domestic and/or international travel, required.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with HSE principles, standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., OSHA, WHMIS, EPA), preferred.
