You’ll lead the governance and closure discipline behind prevent action closure (PAC), removing roadblock and driving timely decisions with broad visibility across global quality, manufacturing, and cross-functional partners. This role is built for someone who likes turning complexity into standard work: tightening processes, improving closure performance, and strengthening audit/compliance readiness. Success is clear and trackable in cycle time, execution health, and quality outcomes. You’ll modernize how people get work done (including AI-enabled improvements). You’ll help transform standards and procedures into a better end-user experience—simpler, faster, and more scalable—by driving digital deployments, smarter search/knowledge tools, and process excellence that creates lasting capability, not just one-time fixes.
