In this position... 

You’ll own prevent recurrence at the enterprise level. You’ll lead the
governance and closure discipline behind prevent action closure (PAC), removing
roadblock and driving timely decisions with broad visibility across global
quality, manufacturing, and cross-functional partners.
You’ll solve real problems with measurable impact. This role is built for
someone who likes turning complexity into standard work: tightening processes,
improving closure performance, and strengthening audit/compliance readiness.
Success is clear and trackable in cycle time, execution health, and quality
outcomes.

You’ll modernize how people get work done (including AI-enabled improvements).
You’ll help transform standards and procedures into a better end-user
experience—simpler, faster, and more scalable—by driving digital deployments,
smarter search/knowledge tools, and process excellence that creates lasting
capability, not just one-time fixes.
