Process Engineering Technician (1 Back End & 1 EVAL)

About The Position

Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Release WIP from hold. • Execute OCAP following process specification. • Execute engineering experiment per instruction from engineer. • Train/certify operators and other process technicians • Write / Proof-read process specification. • Monitoring and analysis of SPC and process data stream. • Modify/create process recipes. • Design/execute engineering experiment and analyze data to generate conclusions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
10+ years Expected Minimum Years of Related Experience
Knowledge of general semiconductor wafer processing and engineering practices
In-depth knowledge of unit process
Knowledge of engineering statistics
Good written/oral communication skills
Fluency in MS Office suite as well as JMP or other statistics software
