Process Engineering Technician (1 Back End & 1 EVAL)

About The Position

Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Release WIP from hold. Execute OCAP following process specification. Execute engineering experiment per instruction from engineer. Train/certify operators and other process technicians Write / Proof-read process specification. Monitoring and analysis of SPC and process data stream. Modify/create process recipes. Design/execute engineering experiment and analyze data to generate conclusions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
10+ years Expected Minimum Years of Related Experience
Knowledge of general semiconductor wafer processing and engineering practices
In-depth knowledge of unit process
SEM experience is a plus
Knowledge of engineering statistics
Good written/oral communication skills
Fluency in MS Office suite as well as JMP or other statistics software
Will be exposed to areas where hand tools and power tools are being operated
Will be exposed to areas where hazardous chemicals or gases are stored
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment per semi-conductor protocol/requirements
Work in a class 100/1000 clean room for extended periods
Wear full cleanroom attire (smock, mask, etc.)
Work with and/or around chemicals (such as solids and acids)
Stand for up to 4 hours at a time
Lift up to 16-30 Pounds
Push/Pull up to 16-30 pounds
Sit for up to 4 hours at a time
