Process Engineering Technician

Responsibilities
- Install and setup computers, monitors, printers, scanners, software, and other related equipment.
- Install and maintain security camera system(s) for production and test areas.
- Provide hands-on support for computer-related issues and requests.
- Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and general maintenance on computers and related equipment.
- Work with other computer service IT personnel to understand company regulations and requirements.
- Order tools and equipment needed to support computer related equipment and peripherals.
- Assembling, issuing and maintaining tools and equipment used in production and test.
- Document equipment and tools issued, maintenance records, tooling logs and asset recording.
- Provide training for Production or Engineering personnel as needed.
