Requirements
- A current undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior) pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Hands-on approach with a strong desire to learn and grow in a technical environment
Responsibilities
- Get hands on experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Drive Innovation and Process Optimization Initiatives aimed at improving quality and efficiency while reducing cost
- Execute changes effectively through use of management of change tools
- Analyze data and other process outputs to reduce variability
- Investigate deviations using root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions
- Support efforts to improve manufacturing instructions to ensure repeatable operations
