About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to optimize, scale, and sustain manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, throughput, cost, and safety.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering (required).
  • 5+ years process engineering experience (required).
  • On-site work required.
  • Experience with SPC, DOE, root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PCBA/SMT manufacturing experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience.
  • Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, PPAP.
  • Experience with ESD controls and IPC standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Support PCBA/SMT processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain documentation including PFMEA, control plans, SOPs.
  • Use SPC and data analysis for process capability.
  • Support tooling, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Lead NPI process readiness.
  • Support safety and EHS initiatives.
  • Train operators and provide on-floor technical support.
  • Other duties may be assigned
