Job Summary: The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role focuses on continuous improvement, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting new product introductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Analyze process data and implement improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and ensure smooth production flow.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Support new product launches by creating process plans and validating manufacturing capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to enhance efficiency.
• Train production staff on new processes and best practices.
