Process Engineer - Off Shift
About The Position

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to improving operational efficiency, driving Lean initiatives, and supporting cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, quality, and more. You’ll work hands-on to analyze operations, develop smarter processes, and ensure our systems run smoothly and safely. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator across diverse teams and disciplines.
- Proficient in engineering software and data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess production flow, operator movement, and equipment layout.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.
- Lead and participate in Kaizen events to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work documentation.
- Collaborate with teams across production, ITM, maintenance, quality, and procurement.
- Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-reduction projects.
- Solve operational challenges while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
- Use engineering software to analyze data and generate reports.
